so i guess i have been riding my bike with a broken brake lever for 11 months.
i noticed that after i apply front brake, my brake light will NOT turn off. it gets stuck. first i thought the spring on the switch was getting weak. so i unbolted the lever to look into it. then i found out the lever was broken.
so i found one on ebay for $10, installed it, and now the brake light WILL turn off! i am glad it was a cheap fix.
