Holy Cow!
My bike has been running a bit sluggish since the end of September. I thought that my clutch was starting to slip or wear out. BUT NO! I was losing power because of exhaust leak from the rear cylinder.
This weekend, I took the bike out of garage to clean it. Then I discovered both nuts were GONE. But found one laying on the case. So grabbed it and went to HomeDepot to get the nut, 5/16-24 fine thread. I put a generous amount of lock tight and torqued it to the spec.
I have also getting somewhat poor gas mileage, too. I suspect this is the cause. I need to keep my eyes on it!
