Coveting

I've got the new bike bug.  I'm coveting over

• Yamaha Roadliner
• Victory Cross Country or Cross Road
• Kawasaki Nomad

BUT I know what I need is a big cruiser that gives me a decent MPG (40-50 mpg), has no valve adjustment, has belt/shaft drive, takes 87 octane gas, has nearly or over 5 gallon tank, & gives me some storage.  The closest that comes to this is Honda Shadow 1100.  Would someone build a bike like this in 1500-1600 class?
