2 weeks after I replaced the EGR valve, the code came back. Well, since it was not hurting anything, I kept riding it until now. WHY? Because our inspection tag expires at the end of August.
So two years ago, I replaced the vsv. Unfortunately the light came back. And last summer, as I stated above, I replaced the EGR valve. The engine light came back again. So the last thing I can think of is the EGR Modulator. The modulator was about $65.00 at a local auto parts store. It took me less than 5 min. to replace it. Hopefully, this will fix it.
