2006 Suzuki DRZ 400 has joined the stable. It has a bit over 3,600 miles on it.
It came with
- 2 inch Kouba lowering link
- 3x3 mod
- JD Jetting rejet kit
Tires were a mess. So I put new tires and HD tubes (Shinko 244 front & Shinko 805 rear). I've also added lever/hand guard and TUSK rear rack. Of course, fluid change - coolant/anti-freeze (Honda Auto Coolant) and oil (Shell Rotella T5 10w-30)
So far so good. But with the stock tank, I only get 100 miles of travel per tank. I found a used Clarke 3.9 tank. It should arrive in a week or so.
Taking this bike for a camping trip this holiday weekend. We will try the East Texas 500.
