I was not happy with Shinko 705s. They are great choice of tires if you are mostly doing paved or packed dirt road. But if you want to do some rocky stuff, loose baby heads, or slick mud, they are no good.
A friend gave me a set of barely used Dunlop Trail Max Mission tires. I decided to give a try. The front mounted must fine. The rear was a different story. It was one of the hardest tire to mount. When I finished, I became afraid of having a flat on the trail with this tire on the rear. So I decided to go with my trusted tire for the trail - Shinko 805.
I'm back home from my long weekend ride. The tires did great. I think I made a good choice.
