my buddy jim and i took our sv's out for breakfast to galveston.
jim's sv is nekkid 05. he has had it for a couple of years, but he just commute a couple miles a day on it. i think this trip was the most mile in one trip he has ever done.
well, from kemah to galveston on 146/1-45 was great. we took it easy and ended up at the miller's restaurant on the seawall and 19th.
on the way back through texas city, we were DRENCHED! the wind was so bad the rain was coming to us side ways. and when it rains here, it POURS! and each drop of the rain is texas size. the storm ended as we apprached the dickenson bridge.
poor jim. i don't he'll ever ride with me again.
