The bike came with Pennsylvania title. Fortunately, the title was in the name of the guy who lives just around the corner. So I had him sign the title and sign the Texas Title application form.
I took them to the Tax Office. Since the bike is not running at this stage, they made me fill out the "Title Only" application. Once the bike runs, I need to go to the inspection station and have them do the 'out of state inspection'. I will take that form to get the bike registered.
