I began working on the seat. The foam is deteriorating and it is turning into powder.
First, I took the belt off. Then hinges off.
Then took the cover off by prying the teeth very carefully. I hope to use the teeth with the new cover.
Then the cover/foam will come off from the seat pan.
I used the rotary wire brush drill attachment to clean up the seat pan. Then I painted a coat of rust converter. I hope to put a primer on it tomorrow, then later a coat of gloss black.
