As you saw on the video from yesterday, as soon as I disengage the choke, the idle goes up to 4000rpm. I think I found the problem. My throttle valves are not moving up and down freely. They get hang up half way in the carbs. That is causing the fast idle.

After suspecting this, I pushed the valves all the way down. That cause the bike to idle at 1000rpm, like it should. Now I need to find out how these valves can stay down when I am not twisting the throttle.
