"Riders Needs" not met!!!!

As I posted a couple of days ago, "Riders Needs", an ebay store, sold me what they didn't have - Gen X-2 Heated Chaps.

I wrote them email and share my unhappiness.  Here is the reply I received.

It is an inconvenence but the item is discontinued so thje manufacture is no longer making this particular model.

Riders Needs

They did not answer why they sell things that they don't even have.  They did refund immediately, but the fund in PayPal was on hold for 5 days.  They are incompetent business.  Their deceptive practice is unacceptable.
