Doing my 24,000 mile service a bit by bit.
Mileage today: 23,531 - Changing coolant, oil, and oil filter.
Coolant (aka Antifreeze) - Basically drain and fill. Left cover MUST come off. I think right cover should come off to make your life easier. (<= to get to the bleeder screw)
Draining was easy.
1. Drain from the water pump by removing the drain plug.
2. Drain from the radiator by disconnecting the coolant hose.
Connect everything back together, slacken bleed screw, and start filling until "coolant escapes at the bleed screw; repeatedly squeeze the coolant hoses to expel the air."
Ride Safe!

The coolant will fill just a bit in the radiator, but it will not fill the entire radiator and engine. I ended up rocking the bike back and forth (right to left), then fill, then repeat; perhaps repeated 10-15 times. Once quite bit of the coolant went in and got the coolant out of the bleed screw, I took out the air bubbles with squeezing the hoses.
Top the radiator off and expansion tank, put the left and right side covers on, then you are done.
I am again using Honda coolant; non-silicate and non-borate.
