A 1/2 day trip

It has been many days over 100F degrees in central Texas this summer. It is best to get riding completed by noon to avoid heat stroke!

So I took a little trip from Waco - Pidcoke - Topsey - Izoro - Lampasas - Perl - Purmela - Ater - back to Waco. It was about 220 miles and took about 4 hours with lots of gravel road and avoiding many cows.

And I ended up at an abandoned bridge in Ater.

All in all, it was a great day to ride. I look forward to days I can ride all day.
